Pacific Software, Inc. repositioned from its dormant status and exited its prior business activities in order to acquire certain assets of Dreamaderm, Inc., a skincare and medical aesthetics company based in Dana Point, California. The Company also acquired nutraceutical brands owned by NooMeds, LLC, brought its filings with OTC Markets up to date, and brought in a new management team and board.
Dreamaderm, founded in 2023, is the exclusive holder of rights to Dermatrix, a patented cosmeceutical that boosts collagen production through a novel mechanism of action: it inhibits insulin-degrading enzyme, raising local insulin levels in the skin. Dermatrix is the result of over $6 million of research over two decades at institutions including Harvard Medical School, The Scripps Research Institute, Mayo Clinic and UC Irvine, and is protected by U.S. Patent No. 11,555,055, assigned to the Regents of the University of California. Dreamaderm was acquired by Pacific Software on January 24, 2024, and the Company was to be rebranded as Pacific Health. NooMeds, which sells Alzheimer’s-prevention supplements under the SuppleMEM AD and A.L.Z. Defense brands, was acquired in an asset purchase on May 24, 2024.
