Skinvisible, Inc., incorporated in Nevada in 1998, is a pharmaceutical research and development company. Through its wholly owned subsidiary, Skinvisible Pharmaceuticals, Inc., it developed and patented a polymer skin delivery system known as Invisicare, which enhances the delivery of active ingredients in topical and transdermal products, binds products to the skin, and can improve efficacy, safety and consumer satisfaction. Transdermal delivery is achieved without patches or needles.

Skinvisible has formulated over forty topical skin products for the skincare, dermatology and over-the-counter markets, as well as transdermal products for glucose-controlling conditions such as obesity and diabetes. Its business model is to out-license its patented products to established manufacturers and marketers worldwide for licensing fees and royalties. In 2024 the Company filed a provisional patent application and then a second patent application covering the transdermal delivery of obesity and glucose-controlling drugs, including a GLP-1 agonist, using Invisicare. Its licensee Quoin Pharmaceuticals was running clinical trials of QRX003, an Invisicare-based formulation for Netherton Syndrome.
