Cytta Corp., incorporated in Nevada on May 30, 2006 and headquartered in Las Vegas, was originally formed as a web-based service provider for general contractors. Its Cytta Connect technology is described as the world’s first open-source Special Purpose Medical Network, letting Bluetooth-enabled monitoring devices connect through Android smartphones and deliver their data in real time to a cloud repository.
Since 2014 Cytta has focused on video compression-based software and hardware built on its SUPR (Superior Utilization of Processing Resources) video codec and its IGAN (Incident Global Area Network) incident command system. Its products improve how video is streamed, consumed, transferred and stored in enterprise environments, and SUPR is designed for streaming HD, 4K and higher-resolution video while significantly reducing the technical resources required. In April 2022 the Company announced that its IGAN video integration technology had been incorporated into "Drone Clear," a new law enforcement building-entry protocol developed with the North Texas Public Safety Unmanned Response Team.
