It was listed on the U.S. OTC market as DEFTF, the Canadian NEO Exchange as DEFI and the Frankfurt Exchange as RMJ.F. The report describes it as an asset management company bridging the gap between traditional capital markets and decentralized finance, with the mission of expanding investor access to decentralized technologies and providing diversified exposure across the decentralized finance ecosystem.<\/p>\n<p>Its wholly owned subsidiary Valour, based in Zug, Switzerland and founded in 2019, creates Exchange Traded Products (ETPs) for digital assets on European exchanges.
