It serves commercial, residential and public sector customers over its 200 km fiber optic network in the metro Vancouver and Victoria areas of British Columbia, offering internet access, telephone, IPTV and cable television, data center services, fiber lease, and web and email hosting.<\/p>\n<p>UBN&#8217;s major asset is its fiber network, built over ten years, and it also owns two operating subsidiaries, Urban Networks Inc. and Wimsey Entertainment Corp. The report notes a potential serviceable market of about 850,000 residential units and 80,000 commercial enterprises.
