HeartCore Enterprises, Inc., incorporated as a holding company in 2021, is a software development company based in Tokyo, Japan. It completed an IPO and began trading on the Nasdaq Capital Market on February 10, 2022. Through a share exchange on July 16, 2021 it became the majority owner of HeartCore Co Ltd. (HeartCore Japan), established in 2009, which develops and sells software in Japan and had over 800 enterprise customers at the time of the report.
The Company works through two business units. The first is a customer experience management business, in existence for 12 years, whose CXM Platform combines marketing, sales, service and content management systems and is sold to mid-market business-to-business companies on a subscription basis. The second is a digital transformation business offering robotics process automation, process mining and task mining. In April 2022 HeartCore launched a revamped Content Management System and Go IPO, a consulting service for Japanese companies interested in listing on Nasdaq.
