The 4Less Group, Inc. is an auto parts e-commerce retailer and distributor based in Las Vegas, Nevada, and a technology-based organization that codes e-commerce websites for the automotive parts industry. It began by selling aftermarket accessories such as exhaust and suspension systems, wheels, tires and truck bed covers, and from late 2015 sold suspension lift kits under the name Lift Kits 4Less on marketplaces such as eBay and Amazon. In November 2018, with sales of about $8 million, it went through a reverse merger and began trading under the symbol FLES.
In 2019 the Company acquired the AutoParts4Less.com address and, after 10 months of code development, launched the beta version of its multi-seller automotive parts marketplace, a two-sided platform for sellers of parts for boats, RVs, motorcycles, power sports, semi-trucks, cars and trucks. At the time of the report the site listed over 200,000 SKUs, and revenue had risen 28% to $6.31 million for the six months ended July 31, 2021.
